How the Process Works
Request Pickup: Submit our quote form with a brief description of your equipment. We’ll get respond within 1 business day.
Pickup & Assessment: We collect your assets and evaluate condition, age, and resale value. No obligation until you approve.
Payment or Receipt: Depending on your equipment, we may pay you. Either way, you receive a full asset report and Certificates of Destruction.

We specialize in server and rack equipment removal for businesses upgrading or decommissioning data center assets. Servers with current-generations often hold significant resale value - contact us for a quote before you scrap.
Responsible Recycling
Hardware that can’t be resold is responsibly recycled. We work with downstream partners who convert materials - including metals, circuit boards, and components - into reusable raw materials, keeping e-waste out of landfills.

FAQ
Do you charge for pickup?
For equipment with resale value, pickup is free and we may pay you. For older equipment with no resale value, a pickup and recycling fee applies on a sliding scale based on quantity and type. Data destruction is always free.
How quickly can you schedule a pickup?
We typically schedule within a few business days of the request. For larger jobs or time-sensitive decommissions, contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What if I’m not sure what I have?
No problem - describe what you have as best you can on the quote form. We’ll follow up with any questions and give you an estimate before anything is scheduled.
Do you provide documentation for compliance purposes?
Yes. Every job includes a Certificate of Destruction and a full asset tracking report, suitable for internal audits and regulatory compliance requirements.
